Employee Portal & Mobile App
Last updated: 29 July 2026This policy explains what the Backyard Misr employee portal and its Android application collect, why, and who can see it.
This is an internal application for Backyard Misr employees only. It is not a consumer product and is not open to the public. An account is created by the company; there is no self sign-up.
1. What we collect

2. Location — in plain terms
The app does not track your location in the background. It never reads your location while it is closed or while you are simply browsing. Location is read once, at the moment you press Check-in or Check-out, and is stored with that single attendance record so the company can confirm the punch happened at your branch.
You can refuse the location permission. Attendance check-in from the phone will then not work, and you would record attendance another way.
3. Your password and biometric sign-in
If you turn on fingerprint sign-in, your credentials are stored encrypted on your own phone, in Android's protected storage. They are not uploaded anywhere, and they are only ever sent to the company's own portal to sign you in. Uninstalling the app or signing out removes them.
4. Who can see your data
- You.
- Your managers, according to the company's reporting structure.
- HR and system administrators, according to their permissions.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. There is no advertising or analytics tracking in this application.
5. Third parties
Your data is stored on the company's own servers. One external service is involved:
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — used only to deliver push notifications to your device. It receives the notification and your device token, not your HR records.
6. How long we keep it
Employment and attendance records are kept for as long as the law and company policy require. Your device notification token is deleted as soon as you sign out or uninstall the app.
7. Your choices
- Refuse or withdraw the location permission at any time in Android settings.
- Refuse or turn off notifications at any time.
- Turn off fingerprint sign-in, which erases the stored credentials from your phone.
- Ask HR to see, correct, or ask about any personal data held about you.
8. Children
This application is for employed adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.

بوابة الموظفين وتطبيق الهاتف
آخر تحديث: 29 July 2026توضّح هذه السياسة ما الذي تجمعه بوابة موظفي باك يارد مصر وتطبيقها على أندرويد، ولماذا، ومن يستطيع الاطّلاع عليه.
هذا تطبيق داخلي لموظفي باك يارد مصر فقط. ليس منتجًا للجمهور، ولا يوجد تسجيل ذاتي — الحساب تنشئه الشركة عند التعيين.

٢. الموقع الجغرافي — بوضوح
التطبيق لا يتتبّع موقعك في الخلفية. لا يقرأ موقعك وهو مغلق ولا أثناء تصفّحك العادي. يُقرأ الموقع مرة واحدة، لحظة ضغطك على تسجيل الحضور أو الانصراف، ويُحفظ مع هذا السجل وحده للتأكد من أن التسجيل تم في فرعك.
يمكنك رفض إذن الموقع. عندها لن يعمل تسجيل الحضور من الهاتف، وتُسجَّل حضورك بطريقة أخرى.
٣. كلمة المرور والدخول بالبصمة
إذا فعّلت الدخول بالبصمة، تُحفظ بيانات دخولك مشفّرة على هاتفك أنت، داخل التخزين المحمي في أندرويد. لا تُرفع إلى أي مكان، ولا تُرسل إلا إلى بوابة الشركة نفسها لتسجيل دخولك. وتُحذف بمجرد تسجيل الخروج أو إزالة التطبيق.
٤. من يرى بياناتك
- أنت.
- مديروك، وفق الهيكل الإداري للشركة.
- الموارد البشرية ومديرو النظام، وفق صلاحياتهم.
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها مع أي معلنين، ولا يوجد في التطبيق أي تتبّع إعلاني أو تحليلي.
٥. الأطراف الخارجية
بياناتك محفوظة على خوادم الشركة نفسها. الخدمة الخارجية الوحيدة المستخدمة:
- خدمة الإشعارات من Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) — تُستخدم فقط لإيصال الإشعارات إلى جهازك، وتستقبل الإشعار ورمز الجهاز، لا سجلاتك الوظيفية.
٦. مدة الاحتفاظ
تُحفظ سجلات التوظيف والحضور للمدة التي يقتضيها القانون وسياسة الشركة. أما رمز الإشعارات الخاص بجهازك فيُحذف فور تسجيل الخروج أو إزالة التطبيق.
٧. خياراتك
- رفض إذن الموقع أو سحبه في أي وقت من إعدادات أندرويد.
- رفض الإشعارات أو إيقافها في أي وقت.
- إيقاف الدخول بالبصمة، وهو ما يمحو بيانات الدخول المحفوظة على هاتفك.
- مراجعة الموارد البشرية للاطّلاع على بياناتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو الاستفسار عنها.
٨. الأطفال
هذا التطبيق مخصّص لموظفين بالغين، وغير موجّه لمن هم دون الثامنة عشرة.
٩. التعديلات
عند تعديل هذه السياسة يتغيّر تاريخ التحديث أعلى الصفحة.
